      • 2-4 persons: $2,100.00 per week
      • Extra Guests: $35.00 per person/per night

      September 16th-November 30th

      • 2-4 persons: $1,800.00 per week
      • Extra Guests: $35.00 per person/per night

      Christmas/New Years~Easter~Thanksgiving Weeks

      • 2-12 persons: $3,500.00 per week

  • You get the entire villa (and 40 acre Lakefront Estate) regardless of the number of persons in your group. (no sharing with other groups)

  • Reservation Deposit: 50%, Balance due 60 days prior to arrival
  • Damage and Security Deposit: $300.00 (Refundable)

  • Housecleaning provided every 3rd day is included in the rental rate
  • Under Normal Circumstances : NO CLEANING FEES
